helpful receptionist comfortable bed convenient restaurants
The receptionist was helpful with all my questions. the room had a great size, and the bed offered a very comfortable sleep. i liked the proximity to restaurants. A multitude of options are just outside the front door.
I found a constant noise in the evening, supposedly from a nearby restaurant's ventilation. It echoed strongly in the room.

there is an elevator for transporting bags to the upper floors. the hotel features a lovely terrace. it provides a pleasant space for enjoying breakfast in the morning.

helpful staff daily cleaning comfortable bed
the location was superb, close to the metro. staff were friendly and helpful (especially with directions). i found the room to be very clean. i appreciated the daily cleaning service. the hotel provided free bottled water and chocolates each day. the staff at reception were very cute. it made a nice treat. the bed in my standard double or twin room was comfortable. the hotel has elevators for easy access to all floors. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms was sometimes audible.

the hotel location was great! many restaurants were very close by, and there was a metro station just around the corner. i found the staff very helpful, and they gave good dining recommendations. there were free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machines available. a bookshelf offered reading material.
I noticed a persistent noise from a motor or air conditioner near my room. It went on and off continuously, quite disruptive.

The front desk ladies were very helpful and cute. They answered all my questions. the staff taught me some portuguese words for my trip. they provided daily room cleaning with complementary toiletries and chocolates.

the hotel offered an optional breakfast that was great value, and it included a wide choice of foods. straight out of the front door are many restaurants to eat and drink. i was very pleased with the options.

The location is right in the centre. Rossio train station is just a two-minute walk away. it's around the corner from rossio square. many tour pick-up points are within hundreds of metres from the hotel.
